About
Colyn brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of corporate strategy and social impact, spanning multinational conglomerates, the public sector, healthcare and financial services. As Head of Jardines MINDSET, she built and scaled award-winning programmes in workplace mental health, workforce reintegration and community engagement — managing an S$11M budget and growing the employee volunteer programme nearly 20-fold. She went on to shape national volunteering and philanthropy policy as Deputy Director, Strategy & Policy at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, working closely with government and cross-sector partners. Grounded in medical social work and a track record of turning inclusion and mental health commitments into scalable, measurable programmes, Colyn brings a practitioner's eye to RTIA's mission of helping care ambassadors navigate inclusion-related situations with clarity and empathy.
